Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Once you receive your order confirmation email, all orders will be processed within 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer shipping to European countries (including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, etc.).
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Import Duties and Taxes (VAT)
For orders shipped to the European Union and the UK, Value Added Tax (VAT) and import duties may apply, depending on the chosen shipping method and local regulations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be incurred.

How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
